Delete your ZarklyX account and everything in it, from your own portal, in three steps. No forms to chase, no waiting on us — and no copy of your data left behind afterwards.
We verify it is really you before anything is deleted.
Three things that only work beforehand
None of these are possible once the account is gone. Five minutes now saves the email you would otherwise send us later.
Export what you need
Reports, files and records go with the account. Download anything you might want later while you still can.
Hand over the workspace
If you own the workspace, transfer ownership first — otherwise deleting your account takes the whole team with it.
Consider pausing instead
Deactivating keeps your data intact and lets you come back. Deletion is the version you cannot walk back.
Deleting takes three steps
All of it happens in the portal, under your own login. Nothing goes through a support queue.

Sign in to the portal
Deletion happens inside your own account, so we know the request came from you and nobody else.

Open Account Settings › Delete Account
You see exactly what is about to be removed before anything is confirmed.

Confirm your identity
One last verification step, then the deletion runs and a confirmation email follows.
Look for Account Settings › Delete Account.
This cannot be undone.
There is no restore, no grace period, and no backup we can pull it from.
Permanently deleted
- All your workspaces, projects, and data
- Your profile, settings, and preferences
- Integrations and connected accounts
- Billing history and subscription details
- All uploaded files and assets
What happens once you confirm
In order, and without anything happening quietly in the background.
Account Deactivated
Your account will be deactivated immediately.
Data Removal
All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
No Recovery
You won't be able to recover your account or any of your data.
Billing Cancelled
All active subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle.
Confirmation Email
You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
