Delete your account from the portal
You can permanently delete your account and all your data directly from the ZarklyX portal.
This will permanently delete:
- All your workspaces, projects, and data
- Your profile, settings, and preferences
- Integrations and connected accounts
- Billing history and subscription details
- All uploaded files and assets
To delete your account, please log in to the ZarklyX portal and go to Account Settings > Delete Account.

What Happens After You Delete Your Account?
Here's what you can expect after your account is deleted.
Account Deactivated
Your account will be deactivated immediately.
Data Removal
All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
No Recovery
You won't be able to recover your account or any of your data.
Billing Cancelled
All active subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle.
Confirmation Email
You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
Security & Verification
For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request. This ensures that only account owners can delete their accounts.
